Remote Software Product Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Software Product Enablement Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Communicate highly complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Support graphic design needs by supplying diagrams, images, and general imagery needed to aid in communicating complex concepts
• Assist the Sr. Director of Product Enablement with the planning, strategy, and execution of training materials, courses, and certifications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to develop a strategy for information architecture and documentation infrastructure
• Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts, and to explain these concepts clearly and concisely
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs and envision how customers would use the product
• Ability to create design assets needed for use in slide decks, one-sheeters, documentation, etc.
• Familiarity with programming languages and APIs
