Job Summary
A company that provides customer support software for B2B software and technology companies has a current position open for a Remote Software Product Manager in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying & filling product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Participating in the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, etc
- Creating product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven work experience in product management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
