Job Summary
A company specializing in cloud and cybersecurity program management operations is in need of a Remote Software Product Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical support services via ticketing system, phone, and email
- Ensure timely, process-driven solutions to issues that arise
- Relay feedback received during client interactions to the Director of Product Experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working with data files from Microsoft Excel including CSV files
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
- Possess technical and troubleshooting skills to handle support requests
- Must be self-motivated and exhibit a commitment to total customer satisfaction
- Positive attitude and a commitment to being a team player
- Ability to learn quickly and meet strict deadlines
