A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Software Product Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing the customer’s business needs
- Assisting with identifying expected functional behavior of the software product
- Developing, executing, and maintaining SQL (or other) database scripts
