Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote Software Product Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Create custom queries and reports using SQL
  • Assist with high priority escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 team
  • Research, deep dive into system errors reported by Customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience using Unix
  • 3+ years of software application/technical support experience
  • Understanding of Networks and basic network troubleshooting
