Job Summary
A management software development firm has an open position for a Remote Software Product Support Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mentoring and leading a team of 7-10 Product Support Specialists
- Operationally managing the support function during your time zone
- Actively monitoring and reviewing interactions through our support channels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous experience in a leadership capacity
- Experience to handle customer and team escalations and manage expectations
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and developing individual contributors
- Experience partnering with Sales, Success, Product, and other teams in an organization
