Job Summary

A consulting and recruiting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Production Manager in Austin.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate production schedules
  • Plan, direct and improve production processes
  • Suggest and implement cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 10-20% to attend conferences or visit clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of management in manufacturing or production
  • Experience working within a startup and/or high growth environment
  • Current valid US Passport and Drivers License
