Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Products Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify workflow issues, performance issues, and other blockers
  • Manage all aspects of high-touch on-boarding and ongoing adoption for key accounts
  • Establish a regular cadence of performance reporting

Required Skills:

  • Willing to travel on-site to visit customers when needed (about 5-20% travel)
  • Experience as a member of a Customer Success team at a growing SaaS startup
  • Able to navigate complex enterprise organizations
  • You have carried a sales quota for expansion and/or renewal revenue
