Job Summary
A software development outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Project Management Practice Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing financial processes (budgeting, margin targets), and resourcing standards and approaches
- Being responsible for the project methodology of the organization
- Building a Project Management Methodology that delivers more for customers using fewer resources and actively upsells incremental revenue
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in organisation and process design to enable rapid scaling
- People-focused leader, creating a growth-focused environment that staff develop and thrive in
- Comfortable managing a scalable methodology for a portfolio in excess of 30m
- Significant experience in the software development/consulting industry
- Experience as a Head of Project Management, Delivery Director or Programme Director to large enterprise organisations
