- Delegating project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager/System Analysis/Technical Account Manager
- Excellent communication skills- Native English speaker - Verbal and written skills
- Experience in managing software development
- Knowledge of information systems and CRM - An advantage
- Experience with digital platforms solutions and process improvement
- Ability to see things forward and manage problems as they arise
