Job Summary

A mobile app and software developer has a current position open for a Remote Software Project Manager Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams of UX/UI designers, engineers, quality analysts, and product owners
  • Using various elicitation techniques needed to create solid requirements and specifications documentation and user stories
  • Explaining technical concepts, limitations, and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BA/BS degree in management, business, technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on leadership and project management experience in the digital space, eCommerce and/or Hospitality experience a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in business requirements gathering and analysis
  • Strong skills in formulating plans that lead to the successful execution of software development projects
  • Experience working with and ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders, as well as non-technical business and design teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills; must act as a proactive team player
