Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Software QA Manager in Columbus.

Must be able to:

• Build test plans for each product release and define test cases
• Research and implement QA business processes
• Lead a team of 8+ QAs by monitoring and assisting in assignments

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of manual QA experience
• 2+ years in a Lead or Manager function
• Experience working and communicating with other departments and senior leaders
• Effective communication skills and a team-focused personality
• Excellent testing skills with knowledge of test planning, scheduling, process, and execution
• Exposure to Microsoft Test Manager, Foundation Server, and other Microsoft products
