Job Summary
A solutions and analytics company has an open position for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts to thoroughly test internal and external application changes
- Analyzing and troubleshooting erroneous results, determine the root causes, and suggest a solution
- Conducting manual regression testing of applications on a scheduled basis to ensure product integrity
Position Requirements Include:
- 4 year degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or equivalent
- 5+ years of software testing experience in quality engineering, quality assurance or a similar role
- Github experience
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot problems and find root causes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Flexible in thought and creative in approach to testing
