A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Expert in Cincinnati.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing, maintaining, implementing, and executing a quality assurance process
• Supporting the efforts to stand up a new Medicare Advantage program

Position Requirements Include:

• The position offers remote work but must be work onsite for the first 2 weeks of project
• 5+ years of experience in application quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience with the administration of a quality assurance program
• Experience with Facets Enrollment files
• Strong knowledge of structured query language
• Excellent customer service skills
