Job Summary

A customer management and user experience software developer has a current position open for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing test plans that allow clients to conduct UAT
  • Identifying test scenarios that are critical and repetitive and automate them
  • Prioritizing and estimating work to be done alongside designers and Product Owner

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 8+ years industry experience in automation and manual testing
  • Understand Computer Science fundamentals and Software Engineering principles
  • Expertise in working with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress or other test runners
  • Expertise in functional, regression, cross-browser/device, exploratory, and REST/SOAP API testing
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, testing frameworks
