Job Summary
A global logistics platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing guidance on quality best practices to QA Engineers for execution of their day-to-day responsibilities
- Determining both short and long-term goals for QA Engineers
- Reporting on individual, team, and project progression with a quality focus in mind
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years software testing experience, with at least 2 of those spent as a manager or team lead
- Proven experience in testing both frontend features and backend features
- Proven experience with testing concepts and testing frameworks
- Hands-on approach to mentoring QA Engineers
- Experience with API and database testing
- Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
