Job Summary

A medical technology company has an open position for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating and maintaining QA schedules for testing internal releases and release candidates
• Mentoring team members, evaluating their performance and developing their career plan
• Creating, and assigning test runs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Semi-annual team meetings that do require travel
• Experience leading QA teams and developing QA processes
• Ability to build effective teams
• Bachelor’s in Information Systems or related field
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
• Five years of experience in Software Development or Quality Assurance management
