Job Summary

A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Manager.

Must be able to:

• Plan all team testing activities
• Manage multiple teams of testers (manual, automated testing) in an Agile environment
• Work with product management, customer teams, developers and architects to determine and identify test scenarios

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2+ years in people management
• 8 + years testing softwareapplications
• 6+ years of automation experience
• Experience building frameworks, tool evaluation/selection/implementation and in reviewing test scripts
• Strong hands-on experience in writing detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, creating test data, test execution, and creatingdefects
