Job Summary
A software bank needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Quality Assurance Manager in Draper.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enhance the QA team and continue to support culture through hiring
- Mentor Junior to Mid-level SDETs and manage their professional development
- Assist in onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in QA and testing
- Experience working in a fast paced environment with frequent shifts in areas of focus
- Strong working knowledge of different test types and how they interact and ensure overall product quality
- Able to work independently and in small teams effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication, implementation, and interpersonal skills
