Job Summary
A software repository manager needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Renewal Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Efficiently closing a set of renewals and related expansions
- Proactively identifying future renewals
- Reviewing customer renewal information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in a high-volume activity environment, managing multiple priorities
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
- Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and product pricing with customers
- Interest in learning about modern software development and associated technologies
- Ability to work odd hours and or additional hours supporting global customers
