A software repository manager needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Renewal Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Efficiently closing a set of renewals and related expansions
• Proactively identifying future renewals
• Reviewing customer renewal information

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience in a high-volume activity environment, managing multiple priorities
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
• Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and product pricing with customers
• Interest in learning about modern software development and associated technologies
• Ability to work odd hours and or additional hours supporting global customers
