A software company is seeking a Remote Software Renewals Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing the health of each renewal well in advance
- Taking ownership of renewal opportunities
- Accurately maintaining/updating a rolling forecast of your territory
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or renewals
- Experience driving contracts to completion on time
- Experience in quota carrying sales role with proven achievement
- A proven track-record of meeting or exceeding renewal or quota attainment
- Ability to own and drive the renewals process
- Ability to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks
