A software company is seeking a Remote Software Renewals Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing the health of each renewal well in advance
  • Taking ownership of renewal opportunities
  • Accurately maintaining/updating a rolling forecast of your territory

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or renewals
  • Experience driving contracts to completion on time
  • Experience in quota carrying sales role with proven achievement
  • A proven track-record of meeting or exceeding renewal or quota attainment
  • Ability to own and drive the renewals process
  • Ability to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks
