An information technology company is seeking a Remote Software Renewals Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Growing and building a globally consistent, regionally autonomous renewal function
- Leading ongoing team growth
- Driving short term and long term revenue impact
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 or more years of demonstrated success in a Renewals leadership role
- Strong track record of building high performance teams
- Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
- Excellent financial acumen, process and policy management skills
- Experience working with a large global sales organization
- Ability to manage, analyze and track data for a sophisticated and often complex renewal cycle
