Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Acceleration User Experience Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship
- Lead the design for multiple groups solving for the future and existing customers of our Sales product
- Work on platform team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have worked closely with product and engineering leaders to establish objectives
- Understand how to set designers up to identify and drive impact that is great for our customers and good for business
- Have a developed sense for how to balance speed, quality, and consistency of design
- Have a sixth sense for how to provide and encourage thoughtful feedback on designs
- Have experience working on platform teams
