Job Summary
A company that provides simple HR technology for companies' hiring needs needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Sales Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Focus on the sales of company's recruiting software solution
- Execute an effective and agreed upon sales strategy, achieve the plan and agreed targets
- Execute and follow sophisticated, documented sales process as per predefined solution sales methodology
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to take an active role in business development through cold calls, personal meetings, and written communication, participating in professional events and trade shows
- High School diploma; college education in the field of Business, Marketing or Technology
- At least 2 years of experience in sales of Software and Services preferred
- Previous experience in HR or with HR software extremely advantageous
- Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build strong sales pipeline, convert leads effectively to opportunity
