Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing training, coaching and mentoring our Sales & Partnership team members
  • Spending 40% of your time coaching the sales team
  • Creating engaging Sales programs

Required Skills:

  • Sales Experience is a must-have
  • Sales Training and Sales Coaching experience are a must-have
  • Instructional design or Adult Learning certification
  • Being a continuous learner to ensure sales best practices
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-changing priorities
  • Ability to analyze, prioritize work, plan and execute
