Job Summary

A provider of legal staffing and recruiting services has an open position for a Remote Software Sales Contract Attorney.

Must be able to:

  • Review, draft & negotiate customer software agreements, partner agreements, data processing agreements, leases, etc
  • Liaise with, and support, insightsoftware’s contracts administrator team
  • Continuously improve all contract templates, liaising with foreign counsel on global templates

Required Skills:

  • eDiscovery experience, Relativity or similar tool experience preferred
  • Active attorney bar license, any US state
  • Education requirement, must have JD
