Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Sales Development Director in Salt Lake City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain monthly, quarterly, weekly, and daily pipeline forecasts
- Lead a global team of sales development representatives
- Hire and build out the SDR function to best support go-to-market team globally
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4+ years managing a team of SDRs
- Have 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Have experience managing both reps and managers
- Strong level of business acumen
- Ability to provide guidance to go-to-market organization as needed
- Must be trained in solution selling
