Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Software Sales Development Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in live inbound chats and phone calls and follow-up via phone and email
- Building rapport with contacts by offering resources
- Partnering with field sales reps on outbound prospecting and competitive strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Follow-up via phone and email on leads from web, events, email campaigns, etc
- Ability to multitask and strong time management skills
- BA/BS degree and or equivalent experience (2+ years)
- Strong rapport building phone communication skills
- Great problem solver, ability to actively listen and evaluate prospect/customer needs
- Comfortable reaching out to new contacts via phone and/or other channels
