Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Development Representative Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interviewing, hiring onboarding, and ramping SDRs to being full-producing reps
- Ensuring that pod members are hitting quota and activity metrics
- Evaluating the performance of SDRs within pod to determine areas for improvement in outreach
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years in Saas Sales Development; with 1-2 years minimum in a SDR/AE role
- Previously managed teams or organizations of at least 5 people
- Experience with Sales Development and Lead Intent platforms
- Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach
