Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Development Representative Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interviewing, hiring onboarding, and ramping SDRs to being full-producing reps
  • Ensuring that pod members are hitting quota and activity metrics
  • Evaluating the performance of SDRs within pod to determine areas for improvement in outreach

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years in Saas Sales Development; with 1-2 years minimum in a SDR/AE role
  • Previously managed teams or organizations of at least 5 people
  • Experience with Sales Development and Lead Intent platforms
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Analytical and metrics-driven approach
