Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Sales Director in Indianapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs
- Work directly with leadership to plan and execute our sales strategy
- Train, hire and manage a team of Account Executives
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading/motivating people to achieve performance goals
- Proven ability to analyze and synthesize sales data to optimize sales funnel
- Consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
- 5+ years of professional experience and/or 2+ years of management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Comprehensive CRM and data analysis experience
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
