Job Summary
A software company specializing in productivity solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Enablement Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to develop content, curriculum, and playbooks
- Work with data to uncover opportunities of growth across different regions, personas, industries, segments, and product lines
- Develop certification programs for product, pitch, and other main competencies
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of Sales Enablement experience
- Experience building successful enablement programs for B2B enterprise sales professionals
- Understand technical concepts and can explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
- Subject matter expert and trusted advisor by the sales organization and key stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work quickly and iteratively on projects with very limited direction from others
