Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Software Sales Enablement Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the creation and delivery of new enablement programs
  • Designing and delivering enablement content in various forms
  • Evaluating, documenting and reporting on the learning and skills of Revenue Team members

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise sales, sales process and sales methodology
  • Ability to effectively consult, build relationships, and work collaboratively with multiple levels of leadership
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and successfully manage multiple projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
