Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying, managing, and executing all inbound and outbound deals
- Creating, overseeing, and driving the whole sales pipeline, from the first discussion to client conversion
- Establishing all revenue goals and targets, and then achieving or exceeding them
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10 years of experience in a high-performing sales team at a technology company
- 3 years experience managing a team of account executives or other sales professionals
- A demonstrated track record of both closing sales yourself, and managing a successful sales team
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to your work
- A desire to working in an early-stage, pre-revenue company and build the sales team from scratch
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
