Job Summary

A software solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Operations Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up and roll out new processes affecting company's global sales teams
  • Creating project plans for solutions builds and communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders
  • Understanding executive KPIs and build processes and tools to account for data needs of KPIs

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a people manager
  • 7-10 years experience in Sales or Revenue Operations
  • Experience building processes, compensation, and tooling for a start-up
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft
  • Experience translating business processes and requirements into a solution
  • Experience with ZoomInfo and SalesLoft set up and integrations
