Job Summary

A human resources technology company is in need of a Remote Software Sales Training Operations and Enablement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Designing and deploying a comprehensive sales training and development program
  • Conducting new-hire onboarding and ongoing sales rep training
  • Maintaining and governing all customer data as related to Salesforce.com

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of business-related experience, with expertise in sales operations
  • Experience developing sales training content and curriculum
  • Conducting sales training sessions
  • Experience using and configuring Salesforce.com
  • Experience with sales productivity and enablement tools
  • Track record of managing several projects and delivering high quality work under pressure
