Job Summary

A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Sales Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building a recruiting machine for sales reps, sales managers & support staff & lead the long-term process of creating a talent brand
  • Closing top Enterprise & Midmarket sales talent, sales managers & support staff based on current & future hiring plans
  • Leading the Enterprise & Midmarket sales team, driving the teams to hit their quarterly and annual goals

Required Skills:

  • Experienced sales leader who has recruited & enabled top enterprise & midmarket sales reps at Series A, B, and/or C staged companies
  • Experience preparing board-level updates on sales progress
  • Has turned headcount forecasts into high performing teams
  • Team Builder that has made a significant impact by enabling teams. Able to develop and engage ICs and manager
