Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Scale Team Customer Success Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Hire, coach and develop a group of high-performing Managers
- Own the engagement, growth and retention of customers in the CST segment
- Manage operations on behalf of the CST segment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of management experience
- Proven leadership ability to coach, influence, develop, motivate and empower employees
- A demonstrated track record of hitting your goals and aligning a team around key metrics
- Experience with account management and handling customer escalations
- Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups
- Experience working effectively with all levels of management
