Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Software Scale Team Customer Success Senior Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach and develop a group of high-performing Managers
  • Own the engagement, growth and retention of customers in the CST segment
  • Manage operations on behalf of the CST segment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Proven leadership ability to coach, influence, develop, motivate and empower employees
  • A demonstrated track record of hitting your goals and aligning a team around key metrics
  • Experience with account management and handling customer escalations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups
  • Experience working effectively with all levels of management
