An IT services provider is seeking a Remote Software Security Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing large amounts of disparate data to produce easily understandable content
• Partnering with development teams to balance innovation and security concerns
• Performing security code reviews with Java/Spring and various JS frameworks

Required Skills:

• Associate's degree in computer programming or relevant field required
• 8-10 years experience required
• Expert knowledge in application vulnerability types, attack vectors and remediation approaches
• Industry best practices for secure software development as well as web and mobile application security
• Application penetration testing using BURP Suite and other open source pen-test tools
• Working knowledge of authentication, authorization, access management, and encryption technology
