Job Summary

An ecommerce fraud protection platform is filling a position for a Remote Software Segment Success Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Onboarding and educating them on platform post-implementation and building great customer relationships
  • Developing deep technical understanding of plugins and APIs
  • Driving customer success initiatives and effectively managing a book of business

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree 2:2 or higher in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role or experience in customer success, support
  • 1-2 years of project management experience with project planning
  • Master Excel and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrated competency in analyzing data and leading customer facing initiatives
