Job Summary
An ecommerce fraud protection platform is filling a position for a Remote Software Segment Success Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Onboarding and educating them on platform post-implementation and building great customer relationships
- Developing deep technical understanding of plugins and APIs
- Driving customer success initiatives and effectively managing a book of business
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree 2:2 or higher in any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role or experience in customer success, support
- 1-2 years of project management experience with project planning
- Master Excel and Powerpoint
- Demonstrated competency in analyzing data and leading customer facing initiatives
