Job Summary

A software developer specializing in solutions for the public relations industry needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SaaS Senior Account Manager.

Must be able to:

• Serve as a primary contact for a portion of company's enterprise segment
• Achieve retention and account growth goals for company's largest accounts
• Manage customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal

Qualifications Include:

• Able to travel to lead onsite meetings with customers up to 25% of time
• 5+ years working in SaaS account management or in blended CSM role
• Experience in PR or journalism
• Comfort leading meetings and presenting to large groups including C-Suite executives
• Familiar with tools such as Dropbox, HelloSign, Google Apps, Hubspot or Salesforce and Slack
