Job Summary
A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Senior Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for our customers, post implementation
- Overseeing a book of mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Collecting and communicating feedback to drive continuous improvement of the product and sales
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years in a B2B customer success management or account management role at a software company
- Self-starter that thrives in fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate, and work well with others
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, organization, prioritization and multitasking skills
- Excellent in-person and virtual presentations skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
