Job Summary
A virtual entertainment company is filling a position for a Remote Software Server Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Deliver software to creative and broadcast teams in a timely manner
- Manage engineers working on central services technologies technologies
- Work with creative and broadcast management to ensure priorities are being met
Position Requirements Include:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience planning, designing, developing, and delivering large scale platforms and products
- 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading software development teams
- Ability to lead and manage a high performing team
- Strong communication skills
- Experience identifying inefficiencies in processes, tools, workflows and creating solutions to eliminate these inefficiencies
