Job Summary

An independent ERP software consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote West Region Service Delivery Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contribute and collaborate as a leader within the Practice and Company
• Lead professional service consultants to sell and deliver outstanding services to clients
• Drive various activities to meet goals for revenue, sales (bookings & backlog), and delivery

Required Skills:

• Travel to various locations within United States, some international travel may be required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply-chain management, engineering, economics, or related field
• Ability to champion employee development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and morale
• Experience working in close collaboration with clients and executives
• Experience in leading business development/sales activities and personnel
• Experience in leading professional services teams/organization
