Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Software Solutions Advisor in Tucson.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide implementation guidance on the functional aspects of our solutions
- Maximize value of our solutions and to ensure all functional aspects of the software solution
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel up to 25%
- Ability to follow established requirements of implementation methodologies
- Aptitude for developing client process flows and operating procedures
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
- Skilled at developing working relationships with clients, third party vendors, etc.
