Job Summary

A global provider of communication and network infrastructure services is seeking a Remote Software Solutions Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day technical needs of the customer
  • Adapting and designing custom solutions to meet new client needs
  • Understanding customers primary objectives for their events

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's in computer science, business administration, or MIS or equivalent related experience
  • 5 years’ experience working in a customer facing technical or support role
  • Capable demonstrating an ability to map out and implement long term strategic planning
  • C# ( code reviews) experience
  • Knowledge of wireless call flow experience
