Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Solutions Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing excellent customer relationships to drive ROI, growth, retention, and high customer satisfaction
  • Developing tactical Account Plans collaboratively with Account Teams
  • Managing onboarding and implementation of larger value customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong presentation/demonstration skills, effectively works with customers and internal teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3 years' experience in a B2B or SaaS customer-facing role
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce.com
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
