Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Software Solutions Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing excellent customer relationships to drive ROI, growth, retention, and high customer satisfaction
- Developing tactical Account Plans collaboratively with Account Teams
- Managing onboarding and implementation of larger value customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, effectively works with customers and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3 years' experience in a B2B or SaaS customer-facing role
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce.com
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
