Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Software Solutions Customer Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create new sales orders and quotes for customers
- Be one of the first interactions our customers will experience
- Assist customers with unique account or purchasing needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a customer service, phone center or order entry position
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree preferred but not a deal breaker
