A software as a service company is seeking a Remote Software Solutions Industry Customer Service Specialist in Lawrenceville.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Placing and receiving calls to/from patients requiring resupply of sleep therapy products
• Collecting information needed to complete an order
• Completing sales orders with speed and accuracy

Qualifications Include:

• High school education
• Two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills on the telephone
• Two years of high volume call center or phone experience
• Ability to make twenty to twenty-five calls per hour
