A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Solutions Senior Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the main customer point of contact
- Effectively networking within accounts
- Driving adoption of company's products

- Ability to travel 20%
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years relevant work experience in customer success and/or Media and Entertainment industry
- Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and/or digital media space
- Knowledge of and experience with ad technology
- Experience with account planning and customer success plans
