Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Software Solutions Senior Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as the main customer point of contact
  • Effectively networking within accounts
  • Driving adoption of company's products

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years relevant work experience in customer success and/or Media and Entertainment industry
  • Existing knowledge of software in digital marketing and/or digital media space
  • Knowledge of and experience with ad technology
  • Experience with account planning and customer success plans
