Job Summary
A software development and cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Software Staff Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Build web services and REST APIs at scale, and producing high-quality results with direct business impact
- Own end-to-end delivery of software components all the way to production, owning team features or systems
- Monitor and improve existing deployments, ensuring that we are continuously improving our product
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years commercial engineering experience working with large systems software design and development
- Understand engineering best practices and seek to improve engineering standards, tooling and processes
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Must be able to write “good code” - easily understandable, secure and testable
- Experience building applications at scale
- Must be able to work with Engineering team
